1、 Shanghai resident, age 28 to 35, minimum college education , can read and write English daily;
2、 Minimum 5 years management experience in customer service for luxury serviced apartments.

Office Leasing Supervisor
1、 Minimum college education, proficient in oral English, able to resolve problem independently, strong communication skills;
2、 More than 3 years leasing experience in large properties companies, familiar with the process of intermediary agencies;
3、 Can manage office leasing and maintain good customer relations independently.

Serviced Apartments--Guest Reception
1、 Minimum college education, age 22 to 35,good appearance and initiative with pleasant personality;
2、 Reception experience in at least Three-star hotel, or more than 2 years reception experience in top grade residente;
3、 Fluent Oral English or Japanese, familiar with basic computer operations.

Serviced Apartments--Club Bar Operator
1、 Minimum college education, age 22 to 30，good appearance and initiative with pleasant personality;
2、 Experience in Hotel bars, clubhouse or saloon. Able to work independently;
3、 Fluency Oral English or Japanese.

Security Staff
1、Minimum senior high school education, male, age 22 to 38, good appearance and initiative with pleasant personality;
2、More than 1 year security guard experience in large malls, hotels, office, or serviced apartments.

Cashier
1、 Minimum senior high school education, female, age 22 to 35, good appearance and initiative with pleasant personality;
